Blue Parrot Energy Inc. (TSX-V: BPA) is a Calgary-based junior oil and gas company engaged in the acquisition, exploration, development and production of crude oil and natural gas.

Management’s growth strategy is based on participation in development drilling and re-completions, exploratory activities, and acquisitions of producing properties. The Company has plans to participate in up to 10 high-impact projects this year. Blue Parrot has a fiscal 2006 capital budget of $3.0 million, to be spent on exploration activities, development drilling and seismic acquisition.

Mr. Bill Elligson, President, is an independent businessman and has held several senior management positions over the last 25 years including former President of Red Raven Resources, former VP and Director of Kiseki Technology, and President of Bito Energy Services.

Mr. Paul Patton, VP Exploration, has over 25 years of oil and gas experience, primarily in exploration and development in Alberta and Saskatchewan. Mr. Patton has held the position of Senior Geologist with several companies, as well as VP Exploration. He has a proven record of adding reserves and production, prudent acquisition and divestiture experience and “focus area” expertise.
